Why the most important Brexit verdict isn’t the Supreme Court’s

   Back in Britain, all eyes were on the Article 50 ruling. But it is another legal verdict that will do far more to determine how Brexit proceeds. The European Court of Justice is set to confirm that Singapore's free trade deal with the EU is a 'mixed agreement', meaning it needs unanimous ratification by EU institutions, member states and sub-national parliaments. That means any British deal would have to run the same gauntlet.
